Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your proof of purchase.
Prepare the Bike
Ensure the electric bike is clean, has less than 10 miles on the odometer, and is securely packed in its original box with all chargers and tools included.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping fees and restocking fees may apply.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the unit to verify its condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
