How long does shipping take for Aipas Electric Bikes?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery via FedEx or UPS usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Do Aipas e-bikes come fully assembled?
Our bikes arrive approximately 85% pre-assembled. We provide all necessary tools and a comprehensive video guide to help you complete the final steps, such as attaching the front wheel, handlebars, and pedals, in about 30 minutes.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused bikes in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping fees may apply, and the bike must have fewer than 10 miles on the odometer to qualify for a full refund.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
Every Aipas Electric Bike is backed by a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty covering the frame, motor, battery, and controller against manufacturing defects.
How far can I ride on a single charge?
Range varies by model and riding conditions, but most Aipas bikes offer between 30 to 60 miles per charge depending on the level of pedal assist used, rider weight, and terrain.
Are the batteries removable for charging?
Yes, all our e-bike models feature high-capacity lithium-ion batteries that are both lockable and removable, allowing you to charge the battery either on the bike or separately at your convenience.
